Right of withdrawal

If you are buying as a consumer, you have fourteen days to withdraw from your purchase, without having to give reasons. This page explains how, and provides the form — you are not obliged to use it, a clear statement is enough.

1. The period

   The period is FOURTEEN DAYS. It runs from the day on which you, or a third party you have designated who is not the carrier, take physical possession of the vehicle. Sending your statement before the period expires is sufficient: what counts is the date of dispatch, not of receipt.

2. How to exercise it

   Send us an unambiguous statement — by email to contact@autokontor.de, or by post to Premium Choice Car GmbH, Münchner Str. 18, 85774 Unterföhring, Germany. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to: a sentence stating that you withdraw is enough, provided it is clear. Quote your order number so that we can find your file immediately.

3. The consequences

   We refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, no later than FOURTEEN DAYS after we receive your statement. The refund is made using the same means of payment you used, at no cost to you. We may withhold the refund until we have received the vehicle back, or until you have supplied proof of having sent it. You bear the direct cost of returning the vehicle. You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the vehicle.
