You are buying a car you have not seen, at a distance. Here is exactly what happens, in what order, and how long each step takes. The timescales given are the ones we apply, not industry averages.
You pick a vehicle from the catalogue and fill in the form: destination, handover method, payment method. Nothing is committed at this stage.
Within 24 business hours you receive a named quote: the vehicle price, the handover fee, the VAT applicable to your situation, and the two accounts to credit. It stays valid for 30 days.
You accept the quote from your account area, having read the conditions and your right of withdrawal. A numbered order form is then issued: it forms the contract, and it prevails over everything else.
You transfer the deposit quoting the order reference. It is the receipt of that payment that starts the handover period — not the signature.
We collect the vehicle from the dealership, handle the export formalities and move it. Allow around 8 business days. This is an estimate: it depends on the carrier, and we tell you of any overrun as soon as we know.
At the logistics centre or at the agreed address. You inspect the vehicle and sign the handover record. Your fourteen days of withdrawal run from that day.
We carry out the formalities in your country and hand you every document. Allow 2 to 6 weeks: the timescale is the local authority’s, not ours. You get a message as soon as the final registration document arrives.
