  • Statutory warranty of conformity

    TWO YEARS from handover, owed by AutoKontor as a professional seller, under German law. It covers defects that already existed when the vehicle was handed to you.

  • Manufacturer’s warranty

    Many of our vehicles are still covered by the original warranty, valid across the brand’s European network. It comes in addition to the statutory warranty, it does not replace it. Each vehicle page states what remains of it.

  • What is not a defect

    Normal wear on a used vehicle, and the defects DECLARED to you before the order — they appear on the vehicle page and on the order form, precisely so that you know them before committing.

If something is wrong

Write to contact@autokontor.de quoting your order number and the vehicle identification number: they let us find the file immediately.
