Statutory warranty of conformity
Two years from handover, owed by AutoKontor Premium as a professional seller, under German law. It covers defects existing at the time the vehicle is handed over.
Manufacturer’s warranty
Many of our vehicles are still covered by the original warranty, valid across the brand’s European network and in addition to the statutory warranty. Each listing states what remains of it.
What is not a defect
Normal wear and tear on a used vehicle, and the defects disclosed before the order, shown on the listing and the order form.
