Track my order

Where your vehicle stands, at any time. Two paths lead to your order with Premium Choice Car GmbH, and they do not show the same thing.

1. With the code on your order form

   Your order form carries a code and a QR code to scan. They open your order's progress without any login: the current step, what has been done, and what we may be waiting for from you. Enter that code below — you may also paste the full address received by email, we extract the code from it.

2. With your account

   Your account shows the WHOLE case: amounts, delivery address, your documents, and the full history. The order form code only shows progress — deliberately, since it opens without a password and can be read over your shoulder. If you ordered without creating an account, the tracking page offers to open one and brings you straight back to that order.

3. You have neither

   Write to contact@autokontor-premium.com or call +49 1521 6185406 · +34 653 20 51 06, giving your name and the vehicle concerned. We will send your tracking link again. We never disclose an order's progress to someone we could not identify: the same precaution protects yours.
