Track my order

Follow your vehicle’s progress at any time. Two ways of accessing your order with Premium Choice Car GmbH are available, each with a different level of detail.

1. With the code on your order form

   Your order form includes a tracking code and a QR code. They give access, without logging in, to your order’s progress: the current step, the steps completed and, where applicable, anything we need from you. Enter the code below or paste the tracking link you received by email.

2. With your account

   Your customer account shows your complete file: amounts, delivery address, documents and full history. The order form code, which can be used without a password, shows only the progress of your order, in order to protect your personal information. If you ordered without creating an account, the tracking page offers to open one and takes you straight back to your order.

3. You have neither

   Write to contact@autokontor-premium.com or call +49 1521 6185406 · +34 653 20 51 06, giving your name and the vehicle concerned, and we will send you your tracking link again. For your security, we only disclose the status of an order to a person whose identity we have been able to verify.
