Privacy Policy

AutoKontor Premium, a platform published by Premium Choice Car GmbH, attaches essential importance to the protection of your personal data. This policy describes the data we process, the purposes pursued and the rights you have. Processing is carried out in accordance with the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Data controller

   The data controller is Premium Choice Car GmbH, the company that publishes the AutoKontor Premium platform (Münchner Str. 18, 85774 Unterföhring, Germany). For any request regarding your data: kontakt@autokontor-premium.com or via the contact form.

2. Data collected

   We only collect the data necessary for the service: - Account and contact: name, first name, e-mail and phone, when you create an account or contact us. - Projects: favourites, search alerts, financing or trade-in requests. - Anonymised browsing: pages viewed, searches and interactions, for audience measurement.

3. Purposes

   Your data is used to process your purchase request, to prepare and perform the sale, to manage your favourites and alerts, to improve the service and to meet our legal obligations. The legal bases are, as applicable, your consent, pre-contractual measures or performance of the sales contract, our legitimate interest in improving the platform, and compliance with legal obligations.

4. Anonymised audience measurement

   Our own audience measurement is anonymous by design: it sets no advertising cookie and uses no digital fingerprinting. Your IP address is never stored: it is used only to infer a geographic area and is then deleted immediately. The session identifier is temporary and is never linked to your account. Our pages use the Google Ads advertising tools and the Meta (Facebook) pixel. They are loaded as soon as you arrive on the site, before you have expressed your choice: your IP address is therefore sent to Google and Meta from the first page you view. These tools also set their advertising cookies on that first visit (notably _gcl_aw for Google and _fbp for Meta) and send information about your visit: pages and vehicles viewed, and the submission of a form, but never its content. If you decline them in the cookie banner, they immediately stop setting cookies and sending data, and your refusal is remembered for your later visits. Subject to your consent only, we also use the SiteWit measurement tool, supplied by our hosting provider, and shown.io. SiteWit may trigger a Meta pixel and receives your IP address. These two tools are not loaded without your agreement. Data intended for Meta passes through a technical relay provider hosted on Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud. These companies are established in the United States; the related transfers are governed by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. You can change your choice at any time from the cookie banner.

5. Retention period

   Account data is kept for the duration of the relationship, then archived or deleted in accordance with regulations. Raw browsing data is kept for a maximum of 24 months, then aggregated and purged.

6. Data sharing

   Your data is never sold. It is processed by Premium Choice Car GmbH for the sale of your vehicle and disclosed to third parties (financing institution, carrier, partner dealership) only to the extent strictly necessary to handle your file. Technical providers act on our behalf, on our instructions and under a data processing agreement: our hosting provider, whose servers are located in the European Union; our audience measurement service, hosted in the European Union; our email delivery service; and, if you enable them, the notification services of your browser or phone (Google, Mozilla or Apple depending on the device). The email delivery service and the notification services may involve a transfer of data outside the European Union. Any such transfer is governed by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or by an adequacy decision.

7. Your rights

   You have a right of access, rectification, erasure, portability, limitation and opposition to the processing of your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can exercise them by writing to kontakt@autokontor-premium.com or via the contact form. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: the one we come under is named below, and the authority of your country of residence in the European Union is equally competent.
